I never thought that i would buy a car, let alone a high-end car, over the internet but here I am writing a very positive review of Greater Chicago Motors. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very understanding of my fears of purchasing a car on the internet. The transaction of paper work and... other details of my purchase were completed with great ease. My Porsche Cayman came exactly as pictured and described, a beautiful ride. I am very pleased with the entire experience of buying from Greater Chicago Motors. It is clear they have a great eye for the cars they choose to bring in... always super-clean and with feaures/options that make them stand out from most dealers' inventory. Their pricing is spot-on too, as they put... their best numbers on display to save time and BS in negotiation. Sam the owner stood behind his mechandise and took care of his customer. He corrected issues in a timely manner and worked with me via phone and email to find a resolution to my issues. Customer services goes a long way and Sam and Chad displayed that.

He drove a hard bargain but seemed very honest and really stood his ground. I would definitely visit his dealership again just for the intensity of the bargaining and quality of the merchandise.

Overall, This dealer was easy to work with for a transaction that was long distance and involved family passing through Chicago to pick up the vehicle. The price was reduced to move the vehicle and generally, the purchase transaction and vehicle pickup schedule worked out pretty well.

Casey, stuck with the sale. I got a call a week after my visit and he made it clear that the dealer really wanted my business. The purchase process could have been a little quicker due to their finance department being in another building but all in all it was relatively painless.

Made trip from Michigan to Greater Chicago Motors on a Saturday. Casey met me at the curb as I drove by their location initially. Their building is very clean and everyone was very helpful & informative. I thought I was "just looking", but the car (2001 Corvette) was exactly what I was looking for a...nd we were able to make a deal. The sale went very well & Casey also arranged for the car to be shipped to my location in Michigan in less than a week. Overall it was a good experienc and I would check them out again if I am ever in the market. Show more
